Last updated: 8 August 2026. This is a plain-language policy; it is not legal advice — have a professional review it before launch and fill the bracketed details.
This policy explains what Noir Calc ("we", "us") collects and how we use it. Noir Calc is operated by [YOUR NAME / COMPANY], contactable at [CONTACT EMAIL].
Account information: your email address and a securely stored authentication credential, handled by Google Firebase Authentication. If you sign in with Google, we receive your email and basic profile name.
App data: the teams, notes, settings and other content you create, stored so it can sync across your devices.
Payment information: when you subscribe, payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details — Stripe does. We store only your subscription status and a Stripe customer identifier.
Basic usage and device information needed to operate and secure the service.
To provide the app, sync your data, process your subscription, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and improve the product.
Service providers that run the app on our behalf: Google Firebase (authentication, database, hosting) and Stripe (payments). We do not sell your personal information.
We use local browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your preferences. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
We keep your data while your account is active. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by emailing [CONTACT EMAIL]. Deleting your account removes your synced data.
Noir Calc is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect their data.
We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
Noir Calc is a fan-made tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Nintendo, Game Freak or The Pokémon Company.
