Every new subscriber gets a 7-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. If you cancel before it ends, you pay nothing.
When the trial ends your subscription begins and your payment method is charged. You can cancel anytime from your account — cancellation stops all future renewals, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Because a full free trial is provided before any charge, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. As a goodwill exception, if you were charged by mistake or within 48 hours of an annual renewal you didn't intend, email [CONTACT EMAIL] and we'll review it fairly. Where local consumer law grants you a stronger right to a refund, that law applies.
